Recipe type: Salad Dressing
Serves: 1.5 cups
  • Olive Oil, ¾ c
  • Red Wine Vinegar, ¼ c
  • Lemon Juice, from 1 fruit (~1.6 oz)
  • Garlic, 1 clove or 1 tsp powdered
  • Sea Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black Pepper ¼ tsp
  1. OPTIONAL: Dry toast (no oil or butter needed) the garlic in a skillet over medium-low heat until the outside is lightly brown (5-10 minutes). Remove and discard the outside skin.
  2. Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice to the immersion blender container.
  3. Add the salt, pepper and garlic clove (or powder) to the blender container.
  4. Blend until the ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
